Common London fears

Clients bring travel fears such as the Underground, tunnels, lifts and flying; medical fears such as needles, blood, dentists and vomiting; creatures; heights, enclosed spaces, crowds and public speaking. Whatever yours is, the approach is much the same.

How the work goes

Using Ericksonian hypnotherapy and NLP, you look back at where the fear came from as a detached observer, never reliving it. Then you rehearse, relaxed, calmly facing the thing you fear, and leave with self-hypnosis to use before the real thing.

The work never depends on remembering how the fear started.
